TRREE is based on the right to education. It provides free and open access to e-learning modules on the ethics and regulation of health research involving human beings and international, regional and national regulatory and policy e-resources to all interested persons around the world. Our main goal has always been to reinforce the capacity to protect research participants by offering all those involved in health research a basic training on the principles of research ethics.
Yet, while the training modules are accessible at no charge, their development and maintenance is not without a cost. So far we have managed to finance each module with a specific contribution from not-profit organizations and public national and international institutions, each grant helping to cover the cost of the full infrastructure. As TRREE has expanded, this model has reached its limits. In order to sustain and bolster the program, we need to find solutions that respect our original engagement that access to the training should remain free and open while covering our ongoing expenses.
Access to the training modules and to the research regulation and other e-resources on TRREE will remain free of charge. However, a fee of 50 Swiss Francs will from now on be charged for the delivery of the training certificate of the GCP module (module 3.2) to participants from high income countries and territories (as identified in the 2016 World Bank’s list). The fees will be used for the maintenance and control of the quality of the training modules as well as their updates. This will allow TRREE to continue providing a high quality and worldwide recognized basic training in research ethics and regulation. Access to the training module itself remains free. Only the delivery of the GCP module Certificate will be charged.
The TRREE community has grown since 2009 to almost 25,000 participants from 170 countries and territories. We hope that with this small financial contribution from our participants in the most developed countries TRREE will be able to continue reaching its objectives. Participation aux frais pour l’obtention du certificat du Module 3.2 BCP (Good clinical practice) pour les participants issus de pays à revenus élevés
TRREE repose sur le droit à l’éducation. Le site propose un accès libre et gratuit à ses modules d’enseignement à distance sur l’éthique de la recherche en santé impliquant des personnes ainsi qu’aux textes réglementaires et aux politiques au niveau international, régional et national. Notre but principal a toujours été de renforcer la capacité de protéger les participants à la recherche en offrant à toute personne impliquée dans celle-ci un enseignement de base sur les principes éthiques de la recherche sur l’être humain.
Aujourd’hui les modules d’enseignements sont accessibles gratuitement mais la maintenance et le développement du programme n’est pas sans frais. Nous avons toujours réussi à financer chaque module avec des contributions spécifiques d’organisations non gouvernementales et institutions nationales et internationales, chaque subvention aidant également à couvrir les frais de toute l’infrastructure. Comme TRREE s’est agrandi, ce modèle a atteint ses limites. Dans l’optique de promouvoir le développement constant du programme et de garantir sa pérennité, nous avons besoin de trouver des solutions afin de respecter notre engagement initial selon lequel l’accès à l’enseignement doit rester gratuit.
Par conséquent, l’accès aux modules d’enseignements, aux réglementations de la recherche et autres e-ressources sur TRREE restera gratuit. Toutefois, la délivrance d’un Certificat officiel de réussite au module sur les Bonnes Pratiques Clinique (Good Clinical Practices) devient payante pour les participants issus de pays à revenus élevés (selon la liste établie en 2016 par la Banque Mondiale , uniquement disponible en anglais). Le montant de la participation aux frais s’élève à 50 CHF par participant désirant obtenir un Certificat. Il sera alloué à la maintenance du programme et au contrôle constant de sa qualité, notamment par la mise à jour régulière de son contenu. Ceci permettra à TRREE de continuer à fournir un enseignement de qualité à travers le monde sur l’éthique et la réglementation de la recherche. L’accès aux modules d’enseignement en ligne demeure gratuit. Seule la délivrance du certificat du module BPC (Good clinical practices) sera payante.

Opłaty za uzyskanie certyfikatu Modułu GCP (Dobra Praktyka Kliniczna) dla uczestników z krajów o wysokich dochodach per capita
TRREE opiera się na prawie do powszechnej edukacji i zapewnia wszystkim zainteresowanym bezpłatny dostęp do modułów kształcenia na odległość w zakresie etyki badań naukowych prowadzonych z udziałem ludzi, jak również międzynarodowych i krajowych regulacji i przepisów prawa. Naszym głównym celem zawsze było wzmacnianie ochrony uczestników badań naukowych realizowane poprzez udostepnienie każdej osobie zaangażowanej w realizację tych badań podstawowych wiadomości z zakresu etyki badań biomedycznych.
Dostęp do szkoleń we wszystkich modułach nadal pozostanie bezpłatny, ale utrzymanie i rozwój programu wymaga wsparcie finansowego. Dotychczas finansowanie wszystkich modułów było możliwe dzięki wpłatom organizacji pozarządowych oraz instytucji krajowych i międzynarodowych. Dotacje wystarczały na pokrycie wszelkich kosztów infrastruktury. W miarę rozwijania się programu TRREE , dotychczasowy model finansowania przestał wystarczać. W celu wspierania stałego rozwoju programu i dla zapewnienia jego stabilności, musimy sięgnąć po rozwiązania , które umożliwią dalszą realizację naszego pierwotnego zobowiązania jakim jest zapewnienie bezpłatnego dostępu do edukacji i jednocześnie umożliwią pokrycie bieżących wydatków.
Dostęp do modułów szkoleniowych i innych zasobów TRREE nadal pozostaje bezpłatny. Natomiast otrzymanie oficjalnego certyfikatu ukończenia modułu z zakresu Dobrej Praktyki Klinicznej wymaga uiszczenia opłaty w wysokości 50 franków szwajcarskich (CHF) przez szkolących się z krajów o wysokich dochodach per capita (według wykazu sporządzonego w 2016 roku przez Bank Światowy). Opłaty za otrzymanie certyfikatu będą przeznaczone na zabezpieczenie dalszego działania i monitorowanie jakości, a także regularną aktualizację treści szkoleń. Pozwoli to TRREE na kontynuowanie wysokiej jakości, powszechnie znanego programu szkoleniowego z zakresu etyki badań naukowych oraz innych regulacji.
Dostęp do wszystkich modułów nauczania oraz pozostałych certyfikatów pozostaje bezpłatny. Płatne będzie tylko wystawienie certyfikatu dla modułu GCP.

Eine Gebühr für die GCP-Modul-Zertifikat (3.2 Gute Klinische Praxis) für die Teilnehmer aus High Income Economies
TRREE basiert auf dem Recht auf Bildung. Wir bieten einen kostenlosen und offenen Zugriff auf E-Learning-Module über Ethik und Regulierungen der Gesundheitsforschung. Im Vordergrund steht immer die Berücksichtigung des Menschen, der internationalen, regionalen und nationalen Vorschriften, sowie der E-Ressourcen. Dieses Portal soll jederzeit für alle Menschen weltweit offen zugänglich sein.
Seit langem verfolgen wir das Ziel, Forschungsteilnehmenden die im Bereich Gesundheitsforschung arbeiten, eine solide Grundausbildung im Umgang mit den ethischen Grundsätzen in der Forschung anzubieten.
Während die Trainingsmodule kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen, ist deren Entwicklung und Wartung mit hohen Kosten verbunden. Bis anhin konnten wir die gesamten Infrastrukturkosten jedes Moduls mittels Beiträgen von Non-Profit-Organisationen sowie nationalen und internationalen öffentlich orientierten Institutionen decken. Als TRREE expandierte, stiess das Programm an seine Grenzen. Um das Programm weiterhin aufrecht zu halten, müssen wir weitere Lösungen in Betracht ziehen. Diese sollten Stets mit unserem Kerngedanken, freier Zugang zu den Modulen für jeden kompatibel sein und gleichzeitig eine ständige Weiterentwicklung ermöglichen.
Der Zugang zu den Lehrmodulen, den Regulierungen der Forschung und anderen E-Ressourcen von TRREE bleiben weiterhin kostenlos. Für das Ausstellen des Zertifikates des Moduls Good Clinical Practices wird hingegen eine Gebühr von allen Teilnehmenden aus Ländern mit hohem Einkommen (festgelegt durch die Weltbank im Jahr 2016, nur in englischer Sprache verfügbar) von 50 Schweizerfranken erhoben. Mit dieser Zertifizierung sind die Programmpflege und eine ständige Überwachung der Qualität, einschliesslich der regelmässigen Aktualisierung der Inhalte sichergestellt. Dies ermöglicht TRREE auf der ganzen Welt die zur Verfügungstellung qualitativ hochwertiger Ausbildungen im Bereich Forschungsethik. Der Zugriff auf die Lehrmodule bleibt kostenlos. Nur der Erwerb des Zertifikats GCP-Modul (Good klinische Praxis) ist mit einer Gebühr verbunden.

Oferece acesso livre e aberto aos módulos de e-learning sobre a ética e a regulamentação da investigação / pesquisa em saúde envolvendo seres humanos e recursos eletrónicos regulatórios e políticos internacionais, regionais e nacionais para as pessoas interessadas, em todo o mundo. O nosso principal objetivo sempre foi reforçar a capacidade de proteger os participantes na investigação / pesquisa, oferecendo a todos os envolvidos na investigação / pesquisa em saúde uma formação básica sobre os princípios da ética em investigação / pesquisa.
No entanto, embora os módulos de treino sejam acessíveis gratuitamente, o seu desenvolvimento e manutenção envolve custos. Até agora, conseguimos financiar cada módulo com uma contribuição específica de organizações sem fins lucrativos e instituições públicas nacionais e internacionais, cada subvenção ajudando a cobrir o custo da infra-estrutura completa. As taxas serão utilizadas para a manutenção e controlo da qualidade dos módulos de treino, bem como as suas atualizações. Isso permitirá que o TRREE continue a fornecer uma formação básica de alta qualidade e reconhecida mundialmente em ética e regulação da investigação / pesquisa.
